Thank you for visiting our website. Our fully-equipped home is located in beautiful Cape Coral, Southwest
Florida on the Rubicon Canal. It features three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private pool. The home
was built in 2002 and has been newly furnished and updated with new paint and tropical decor. Cape Coral has
much to offer and is close to everything. It is the perfect place for a vacation getaway. It is a short drive
to the most beautiful beaches and fine dining in Southwest Florida. It is less than 30 minutes from Fort Myers Airport
and Fort Myers Beach; 25 miles to Sanibel; 32 miles to Captiva and Bonita Springs and an hours drive to Naples.
There is much to do in the Cape Coral area. With over 400 miles of salt
and fresh water canals, Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America. Boat rentals for fishing or cruising the canals
are nearby. With gulf access in 20 minutes, you could enjoy a day cruise to Sanibel or Captiva. Spring Training
for the Minnesota Twins and Boston Red Sox is right here in Cape Coral. Other spring training camps are not far away.
There are several golf courses nearby and plenty of stores for shopping. Families can spend the day enjoying Sunsplash
Family Water Park. Then complete your day with an evening of live theatre shows and exciting night life that
Southwest Florida has to offer or challenge your partner to a round of miniature golf. After an adventurous day,
come back to "your home" and enjoy a quiet evening out on your private lanai.
